you can also
reschedule or cancel your GMAT™ appointment
If you were not able to schedule your GMAT™ appointment online, you must
reschedule or cancel your appointment by phone, by fax, or by mail. Refer to
the information on this page for further guidance.
The fee for rescheduling the date, time, or location of the GMAT™ is U.S.
$50.
You must reschedule your test appointment at least seven or more calendar days
before your scheduled appointment or your test fee will be forfeited. You will
be charged a rescheduling fee of U.S. $50 for each appointment you reschedule.
Appointments cannot be rescheduled for a date that is more than one year after
the original appointment date.
The rescheduling fee is subject to change without notice.
A partial refund of U.S. $80 will be given if a test is canceled at least seven
calendar days before your scheduled test appointment.
You must cancel your test appointment at least seven or more calendar days
before your scheduled appointment or your entire test fee will be forfeited.
When you cancel your test appointment, your credit card account will be
credited or a refund check will be issued for the U.S. $80 partial refund.
The amount of the cancellation refund is subject to change without notice.

Please note that you cannot reschedule GMAT™ appointments across RRCs.
If you scheduled your GMAT™ appointment as a test taker with
disabilities, contact GMAT™ Disability Services, as explained in Register
as a Test Taker with Disabilities, to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
